We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with the coordination of logistics, vendor communications, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask under tight deadlines, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage event materials, schedules, and timelines.

  • Support on-site event setup, registration, and guest relations.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.

  • Prepare post-event reports and assist with feedback collection.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools is a plus.
