We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute to the seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual events.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
Support in the creation and preparation of event materials, presentations, and reports.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event requirements are met.
Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and guest services.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution.
Track and organize budgets, invoices, and post-event evaluations.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus
