Job Title: Events Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, managing registrations, and ensuring smooth event operations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about creating seamless and memorable event experiences.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
Help manage event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
Support on-site event setup, decoration, and breakdown.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
Communicate with event attendees and provide customer service as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using event management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
