**Responsibilities** Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for Family Medicine Physicians to join our brand new clinic in Folsom, CA. **Highlights:** + Patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses + Contribute to improved care models for better patient and provider experiences + After successful onboarding and practice development, the options of, practice model transition to team based care,flexible + scheduling, and shared value incentive reimbursement will be considered + Excellent telephone call schedule + 24-hour advice nurse available + Hospitalists available 24/7 + Shareholder track opportunity + Generous compensation and benefits + Bonus available and stipend incentive possible for graduating residents + Compensation Range: $275,000 - $290,000 / Year **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program **Patient Care:** Diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide clear and concise medical information. Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. **Diagnostic Procedures:** Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging. Perform procedures as needed Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers. **Quality Improvement:** Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. **Compliance:** Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. **Continuous Learning:** Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices. Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
