Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fiber optic theory, cable construction, and splicing techniques. Ability to operate and maintain a variety of specialized tools and test equipment, such as a ribbon splicer.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when handling delicate fibers, ensuring minimal signal loss and high-quality splices.
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and resourcefulness in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the field under tight deadlines.
