Field Interviewer

On behalf of our client, Noor Staffing Group is seeking Field Interviewers to conduct interviews at several community sites in the southern Wisconsin area for a research project. This project will examine people’s exposure to pesticides and metals in rural Wisconsin. Interviewers will receive paid training and be compensated for mileage when traveling to community sites. The position pays $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Mileage for driving between community sites will also be compensated at 70 cents/mile.

We are seeking field interviewer candidates that live in southern Wisconsin. The duration for this project will be from June 2025 – August 2025. Interviewers will be asked to work approximately 20-40 hours per week. The dates and times can be flexible but will need to be confirmed several weeks in advance.

The Field Interviewer will interview participants, perform measurements, collect samples, and help set up and take down sample collection sites. Our client will issue a laptop to perform the interview as well as all other supplies needed outside of transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews using a provided laptop
  • Help set up sample collection sites at community locations
  • Drive to different sample collection sites in the general area (this mileage will be compensated)
  • Measure the height and weight of study participants
  • Instruct participants on how to collect urine samples and process and store the samples (previous biological sample collection experience is not required)
  • Build rapport with participants who agree to participate in the project.
  • Update progress and communicate using a laptop computer, tablet, and phone.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all participant data

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be results focused with a drive to meet or exceed expectations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to understand complex oral and written instructions, and an aptitude for implementing research protocols and interviewing techniques with precision
  • Candidates must be comfortable operating laptop software
  • Ability to be nimble and flexible in terms of scheduling and travel
  • Previous experience is desired but not required
  • Must be reliable, responsible, mature and professional
  • Must possess both a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Business casual dress code required
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Must have high speed Internet access at home
  • Pre-employment background check required
  • Must be able to work from mid-June 2025 through August 2025
