We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Field Interviewers to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in gathering important information that helps improve the lives of older adults and people with disabilities.

What you'll do:

Conduct in-person and remote interviews with participants in a friendly and respectful manner.
Ask insightful questions to gather information about their experiences and satisfaction with services.
Build rapport with participants and create a comfortable and welcoming interview environment.
Accurately record interview data and submit your findings in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
