Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level File Clerk to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring efficient document management processes. This position is vital to the company's operations, as it directly impacts the accessibility and accuracy of information for various projects and departments. You will be involved in handling a wide range of files related to photography projects, client information, and administrative documents.

Responsibilities:

  • File paperwork in the appropriate area
  • Improve the accuracy of the filing system
  • Retrieve paperwork when it is requested
  • Input paperwork into an electronic database
  • Update records with new information

  • Keep logs of paperwork that is taken out
  • Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded

Requirements
