Donut Express operates a HaCCP manufacturing facility in Metcalfe, Ontario, and markets unique donut programs to the Foodservice Sector and Major Food and Hard Goods Retailers in North America. The company has partnered with respected retail businesses such as Loblaws , Your Independent Grocer, Foodland, Sobeys, and Costco Wholesale. Our foodservice programs through Pudgyboy's Mini Donuts have been implemented into sports and entertainment arenas and facilities throughout Canada and the USA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Operations Manager located in Ottawa, ON. The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving and shipping goods, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Computer skills must include knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms and previous experience working with inventory management ERP Software

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
