We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced team supporting a variety of projects from warehouse and yard work to welding and construction support. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily tasks in warehouse, shop, or field settings
Load and unload materials, organize inventory, and maintain clean work areas
Operate basic hand and power tools
Support skilled trades teams with general labor and setup work
Perform basic welding, grinding, or fabrication tasks (if experienced)
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Welding or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Forklift or equipment operation experience preferred, but not required
