Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing web-based applications (e.g., ESRI WebApps) using ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Online (minimum 8 years).
• Experience with ArcGIS Portal management (minimum 5 years).
• Experience in working with ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcGIS Pro (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with developing cloud solutions and web-based ArcGIS APIs (ESRI JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API) (minimum 5 years).
• Experience in SQL Server and Geodatabase management.
• Proficiency in Mongo, Express, React, or Node JS (MERN), .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, or Angular.
• Must possess strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and deployment of cloud solutions for integrating systems to optimize resource use and user experience.
• Provide GIS support, including troubleshooting and assisting with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online.
• Support Application Services team with process optimization, database management, and web application enhancements.
• Gather business requirements, perform database analysis, and facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
• Provide technical assistance in GIS web map services, AASHTOWare systems, and ArcGIS software.
• Assist in the design, installation, and management of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments and desktop software.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with both internal and external customers to address technical issues and needs.
