Advanced GIS Analyst
Advanced experience with Esri's Roads & Highways REQUIRED
Expected Skills:
1. Advanced experience with Esri's Roads & Highways
2. Advanced experience in GIS analysis, including the Esri suite of products
3. Advanced experience working with linear referencing systems
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices
5. Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis
6. Experience troubleshooting and providing customer support
7. Experience working with large, relational databases
8. Experience with integrating and implementing complex technology solutions

Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Designing, developing, and implementing GIS analytic processes such as change detection and geo-processing workflows
2. Developing and executing advanced queries or scripts
3. Maintaining roadway center line and linear referenced data using Esri Roads & Highways
4. Utilizing GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers
5. Developing and documenting workflows, standards, and best practices
6. Developing and executing test plans for all levels of system testing
7. Scheduling meetings and coordinating project deliverables
8. Developing instructions for application support
Employment Type: Contractor
