What You’ll Tackle

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on multiple materials, achieving consistent, spec-compliant welds.
• Decode blueprints, drawings, and technical specs to plan each weld correctly.
• Set up, tune, and adjust welding equipment for optimal results and repeatability.
• Verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Keep your workstation orderly and safe, following established safety practices.
• Team up with peers to diagnose and resolve welding or fit-up issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to refine techniques and expand your welding repertoire.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or vocational training is a plus.
• Hands-on MIG welding experience with a track record of quality work.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and basic equipment upkeep.
• Welding certification preferred, not required.
