Responsibilities: - Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging visuals, animations, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Video Production & Editing: Capture and edit promotional videos, jobsite walkthroughs, and employee spotlights to elevate our brand presence.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media.
- On-Site Content Creation: Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media.
- UX/UI Design: Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms.
- Graphic Design: Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral.
- Brand Innovation: Bring a fresh perspective to branding, storytelling, and audience engagement within the construction industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling storyboards and create narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Event Marketing: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of marketing materials for company events to enhance brand visibility.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage merchandising inventory, place orders, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a design-related role (internships count!).
- Bachelor Degree in a Design-related field (Graphic, Product, UX/UI, Multimedia Design)
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).
- Social media savvy—understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and branding.
- Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative approach—comfortable working in an iterative environment, giving and receiving feedback.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Per Year Benefits: - 100% Employer Paid Health, Vision & Dental Insurance for employee.
