Job Description

As a Graphic Designer & Illustrator at Sincere, you will report to the CMO and will create beautiful, on-trend invitation and greeting card designs for Punchbowl and Lovebird . You’ll have the opportunity to illustrate digital stationery that our customers choose for their most important celebrations, and work with assets from the biggest character licensors in the world. We are looking for a smart, motivated individual with a background in illustration and a flexible skill set that can extend to email marketing and other digital design responsibilities.

We have exciting new projects in the pipeline, record-breaking growth among our key metrics, and an award-winning platform that’s been featured in Real Simple, TheSkimm, HGTV, TechCrunch, Entrepreneur, WSJ, and more.

In this role, you will:

• Conceptualize and design gorgeous digital invitations and greeting cards with the look & feel of paper
• Create original illustrations and hand lettering in a wide range of styles
• Manage our production queue, prioritization, and design setup process
• Maintain an organized asset library
• Coordinate design approval process with our licensing, venue, advertising, and artist partners 
• Create compelling marketing and advertising graphics within the company’s brand guidelines
• Design marketing emails with direction from our marketing manager

You have:

• BFA, design-related degree, or 1-2 years relevant work experience as an illustrator or graphic designer
• Fluency in Adobe Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong illustration skills in a variety of mediums and styles; experience with hand lettering
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and passion, with readiness to join a small, fast-paced company
• Less than a 45 minute commute to Framingham, MA and are excited to join us in the office 1 day per week
• BONUS: Experience in custom wedding stationery design
