Essentials Job Functions :

• Participate in caring for grounds and lawns throughout the property to keep them well-groomed and appealing.
• Perform regular trash, pets waste, and debris removal tasks.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter season.
• Keep walkways, driveways, and parking lots clean and free from hazards.
• Assist in other light maintenance work as assigned.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles on a consistent schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is required.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and techniques.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to property aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and a resident-focused mindset.
• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation to commute to-from work and between properties.
