As a   Growth Product Manager , you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, design, and ops - to define, prioritize, and execute on product features that align with growth goals and customer needs.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at driving qualified traffic to the website.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively to both internal stakeholders and leadership, facilitating alignment and transparency.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product development (from concept to execution, including A/B Testing and Metrics Tracking).

What will make us choose you?

• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with Growth Product Management or Growth Marketing experience. 
• Understanding of Growth frameworks and the ability to effectively communicate and drive B2C growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and influence without authority within cross-functional teams.
• Battle-tested product management skills like story and PRD writing, QA, data analysis, and wireframing.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed, prioritized decisions.
• Growth mindset and curiosity about market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices, with a proactive approach to applying new learnings.
