Tamarack Waldorf School is seeking a part-time Lower Grades Applied Arts Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year. The qualified candidate must have a love for the work of children and demonstrate care and patience. Handwork skills such as knitting, crocheting, and counted cross stitch are helpful for your success in this position. The ability to work in collaboration with the lead teacher and aid in classroom management are also highly valued skills.
The lead teacher and their assistant will work collaboratively with a focus on healthy child development. Our teachers are innovative, professional, and will guide their assistant through a deeper understanding of the curriculum. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and is considered part-time with an hourly rate of $18.
