About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company as the Head of Sales.

As the driving force behind our global sales expansion, your primary focus will be on leading and scaling our presence across key international regions, including Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Latin America, and Africa. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, developing region-specific go-to-market strategies, and building strategic enterprise partnerships that drive consistent revenue growth.

Working closely with the sales team, you will support complex deal cycles, coach for high performance, and align with marketing to run targeted demand generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Define and evolve the overall sales strategy, guiding all efforts and activities that lead to improved pipeline generation, accelerated deal velocity, and revenue growth. You’ll align regional initiatives with AMPECO’s global goals and market positioning;
  • Business Development Leadership: Take direct ownership of business development across our growth markets. You will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and close the largest and most strategic enterprise opportunities — especially those with transformative revenue potential. Your own enterprise deal execution capabilities should be top-tier;
  • Build the Biz Dev Engine: Beyond individual execution, you will architect and continuously improve the systems, processes, and team capabilities that generate high-quality pipeline consistently. Your focus will be on building a repeatable, data-driven business development machine that scales;
  • Regional Expansion: Own and expand our commercial footprint across: Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Latin America, Africa. You'll develop tailored go-to-market strategies, establish scalable processes, and bring a hands-on approach to execution in each region;
  • Team Coaching & Deal Support: Support our Account Executives in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. Help close strategic deals and continuously raise team effectiveness;
  • Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with marketing to run region-specific ABM campaigns, events, PR initiatives, and broader demand-generation efforts that drive measurable pipeline growth;
  • Revenue Leadership: Ensure the team hits and exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets. Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and refine processes to maximize performance;
  • Execution Across Cultures: Build and manage relationships across different business cultures and languages. Your approach will reflect local nuance while staying true to AMPECO’s values and objectives.

Your Profile

  • Proven Track Record: 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role. Experience closing and managing complex SaaS deals across multiple international markets;
  • Strategic Thinker & Operator: You think in systems, not just tactics. You’ve owned sales strategy and understand how to align people, process, and technology to scale revenue efficiently;
  • Cultural Fluency: Experience operating successfully across geographies, with a keen understanding of regional business practices and relationship dynamics;
  • People Leader: You’ve built and led sales teams. You are committed to coaching and enabling others to perform at their best;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ve worked effectively with marketing, product, partnerships, and finance to drive pipeline and align on go-to-market priorities;
  • Technical Acumen: You are comfortable with complex, API-driven software platforms and can support your team in highly technical sales conversations with CTOs, compliance teams, and integration stakeholders;
  • Performance-Driven: You know how to set, track, and hit goals—and how to course correct fast when needed.
