HEALTH COACH – REMOTE POSITION

About the Role

As a Health Coach, you will be an integral part of our team, guiding clients through their wellness journeys. You’ll provide virtual follow-up sessions, deliver engaging presentations, and foster a supportive online community for our clients. Your role is to inspire, educate, and empower individuals to take control of their health in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual follow-up sessions with clients to monitor progress and provide personalized guidance.
• Host educational and motivational presentations on health and wellness topics.
• Engage with and help manage our online client community, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective health coaching strategies.
• Provide clients with tools, resources, and actionable steps to support their health goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes on client interactions in our digital platform.
• Stay informed about functional medicine and holistic health trends to enhance your coaching practice.

Requirements

• Certified Health Coach or similar qualification (CHC, NBC-HWC, etc.).
• Experience in functional medicine, nutrition, or holistic health preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leading virtual sessions and presenting to groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, empathetic, and motivational attitude.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with online community platforms and video conferencing tools.
