Role Overview:

As a High Pressure Boiler Operator, you’ll be essential to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of high-pressure boiler systems within the New Jersey facility. This role demands expertise in system maintenance, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high-pressure boiler systems and auxiliary equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to optimize boiler function and reduce downtime.
• Rapidly identify and resolve issues to support uninterrupted production, documenting actions and reporting to engineering teams as needed.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company safety protocols, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to meet facility demands and proactively address potential operational challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a High Pressure Boiler Operator, ideally within a pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure boiler systems and related safety protocols.
• A strong focus on regulatory compliance, with a detail-oriented and safety-first approach to operations.
