Job Type: Independent Contractor (House Cleaner)
Compensation: Weekly Pay via Zelle (Sundays) $20-25/ Hr

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Cleaning Contractors. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and take on the number of jobs that work best for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties for residential and commercial clients as scheduled, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Clean various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, offices, and other spaces as per customer requests.
• Use cleaning supplies (must be provided by the contractor) and equipment to complete jobs.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, and polished.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and ensure all floors are properly cleaned.
• Report any issues or damage in properties to management immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow specific instructions from clients for any special cleaning requests.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both).
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.).
• Reliable transportation to get to various job locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
