Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $65 - 70 per hour

We are seeking an Instructional Designer with 3-6 years of experience to develop, maintain, and enhance new hire training curriculum for a marketing team. The role requires expertise in instructional design, content development, and learning program management. The ideal candidate will design engaging learning experiences, manage onboarding resources, and ensure training materials remain updated to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new hire curriculum and training materials in alignment with instructional design methodologies and corporate learning standards.
• Manage and maintain content for onboarding sites and sessions, ensuring materials are accurate and up to date.
• Design and implement processes for new hire assignments and registration to streamline onboarding experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and data insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a content inventory and implement an evergreen process for content updates.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development, and learning program management.
• Proven experience developing onboarding programs and new hire training materials.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and content management systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align training materials with business objectives.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the capability to oversee structured onboarding initiatives.
