What You'll Do
As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll:
Promote and Sell: Present the value and functionality of life insurance products to prospective customers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
Build Relationships: Foster honest, open communication with prospects to drive sales and build long-term trust.
Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team targets for new customer acquisition.
Track Success: Document prospect interactions, sales progress, and goal attainment using our tracking systems.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and our company's growing market opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Preferred: Some sales experience (but not required—we'll train you!).
Licensing: Willingness to obtain a Health/Life Insurance license if not already licensed.
Skills: Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities, with a drive to meet customer needs.
Mindset: Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
