What You'll Do

Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Use proven sales strategies to educate clients on a variety of insurance policies while addressing their questions.
Drive sales by identifying opportunities to connect with new clients and grow long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members to exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed, top-tier advice and service.
Accurately document client interactions and policy updates to ensure compliance with company standards.

What We're Looking For

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain one.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a strong asset, especially with a track record of client engagement and achieving sales targets.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex concepts for clients.
Customer Focus: A natural ability to understand and meet client needs, paired with a passion for exceptional service.
Self-Motivation: Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a remote setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with digital tools like CRM software, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills: A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving client challenges quickly and effectively.
