What You'll Do

Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
Educate clients on various insurance options, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
Stay up to date on industry trends and policy changes to provide the best possible advice.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates in compliance with company guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Licensed professionals: An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or a willingness to obtain one.
Sales experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, relatable way.
