Job Description

If you're an Interior Designer with a passion for creating impactful spaces, we have an exciting opportunity to join a respected Architecture and Design Firm. We are looking for a talented professional who enjoys tackling diverse design projects and is eager to further develop leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Interior Design Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design
5-12 years of experience across all phases of architectural projects, with a focus on interior design
Experience with commercial, recreation, public sector, sustainable, and municipal projects is a plus

Interior Designer Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong technical, code, and detailing abilities for high-quality documentation
Collaborative, client-focused approach to design
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to integrate interior design with architectural concepts
LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification are a bonus

Responsibilities:

Lead projects from inception through completion, managing all phases of design
Work directly with clients to define design concepts and requirements
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and planning
Create detailed designs and models using advanced software tools
Build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to business development
Develop leadership skills while working across multidisciplinary teams
