Requirements:
- - I require a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- I need a candidate with an active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain a w/CI Poly.
- Within the last 3 years, there should be a minimum of 1 year of experience performing periodic system backups and developing/documenting standard operating procedures for these activities.
- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, focusing specifically on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator is essential.
- I expect expert-level knowledge in Atlassian tool administration, specifically with JIRA and Confluence.
- The candidate must have the ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA and to integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.
- Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation is a must.
- LDAP integration experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- An IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) is required.
- The ability to translate highly technical matters to a non-technical audience is important.
Responsibilities:
- - I will analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
- I manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams.
- Application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs, will be performed.
- I will test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.
- Researching and utilizing industry-standard methods and techniques is an ongoing task.
- I will maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users, including adding external plug-ins and modifying JQL as needed.
- Improving JIRA security by setting access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces is a priority.
- I work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and general JIRA administration.
- I will communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- I manage incident ticket data for reporting and data analytics.
