Part-Time Legal Assistant/Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time Legal Assistant/Administrative Professional to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a Legal Assistant/Administrative Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our trust administration practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and approach tasks with a "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and client reports.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and client communications.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate client records with utmost confidentiality.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Research and resolve administrative or procedural issues as they arise.
  • Support other team members as needed in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience is highly desirable, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well with a small, collaborative team.
