Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven sales experience: Prior experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) is highly preferred, but not required.
Strong sales track record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in previous roles (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented: A proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Strong customer service orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
Active Property & Casualty license: Required in California, Arizona, or Oregon. Willingness to obtain licenses in all three states.
Remote Work Options:
While we prefer on-site presence in our Whittier, CA office, we are open to considering remote work options for qualified candidates residing in Arizona or Oregon with active licenses in those states.
