Job Description

Aquacare Physical Therapy is looking to rent medical space to a licensed massage therapist (LMT) or a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac) in our Berlin, MD location.  The private treatment room includes bed/chair and all utilities are included.  All other supplies, including laundry, would be furnished by the LMT or L.Ac. This is ideal for a professional that is looking to start something new on their own, expand, or relocate while partnering with our physical therapy practice in Berlin, MD.  Our office is located in a medical park off of Rt 50 with easy access and plenty of parking.  Excellent market demographics for wellness and health services.  

Payment Model: Rent based
1-3 days per week ($75/day)
>3 days per week ($60/day)

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
Saturday/Sunday - TBD
