As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. • Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
