Loan Officer Assistant – Be a Vital Member of Our Growing Team

We are looking for a Loan Officer Assistant who will play a crucial role in our growing mortgage business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing —getting borrowers from application to pre-approval quickly and accurately.

We are a mortgage broker and correspondent lender offering a full range of loan products, including traditional mortgages, bank statement loans, and DSCR loans . Many of our clients require creative financing solutions , and you must be open to learning these products if you’re not already familiar.

Compensation – You Choose Your Structure
💰 Option 1: $750 per closed loan (no base salary)
💰 Option 2: $3,000 base salary + $200 per closed loan
In March, we closed 12 loans . In April, we are on track for 15 loans —meaning strong earning potential for the right candidate.
This is a 1099 Contractor Position
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Organizing and managing borrower documents in Floify
✅ Requesting missing docs (via email or Floify) and knowing exactly what’s needed
✅ Structuring loan files in Encompass —everything goes in the right place
✅ Calculating income for all borrower types , especially self-employed clients
✅ Running AUS (DU & LP) and interpreting the findings
✅ Running credit reports (soft & hard pulls) and flagging any red flags (derogatory accounts, charge-offs, etc.)
✅ Preparing loan files for a seamless handoff to the processor once under contract
✅ Submitting files to lenders and assessing the best loan product (you can grow into this)
✅ Monitoring loan registration status & ensuring initial approvals come in on time
✅ Ensuring the processor has a clear, well-prepped file to work with
✅ Working within our CRM to keep all clients and leads organized and within the proper stage of their journey.
✅ Tracking CD issuance to ensure it’s sent one week before closing —we close ON TIME
