Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Full-Time  Lumper for our client Gateway Tire in the Graniteville, SC. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lumper at Gateway Tire to join our team. The Lumper will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of tires within our distribution center. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently unload tires from trucks and containers.
• Organize and stack tires in designated areas according to size and type.
• Assist in loading tires for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
