Job Description

We are seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our team in a permanent position.
In this position, you will be responsible for facility upkeep in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Eagle River. You must be a well-rounded individual who can perform on a variety of equipment and perform building maintenance and repairs. You should be able to perform tasks alone with minimal supervision. This position requires you to have flexible availability and act as on-call technician for emergency repairs at times.

You will need your own vehicle and a valid Alaska driver’s license. You should have basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and tiling knowledge. You must be able to lift and carry +30lbs and work well under pressure. Other traits that are important are problem solving abilities, a detail-oriented personality, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to learn.

Salary will depend on experience.
