Job Description

Position Summary

The Collaborative Fundraising Manager role will manage and execute the change management communications strategy with HFHI resource development and collaborative operating model teams to provide affiliated network-facing communication designed to aid in change management as Habitat for Humanity’s fundraising efforts transform. Additionally, this position will coordinate project management across affiliate-facing collaborative fundraising activities. This includes managing the overall project plan, convening stakeholders, and identifying dependencies and connection points across the initiative. Through your work, you will foster and increase trust between Habitat for Humanity International and the Habitat for Humanity affiliates across the United States through the evolving collaborative approaches to fundraising.

Location: Remote within the United States

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the establishment of processes and systems to advance collaborative fundraising efforts in partnership with HFHI resource development - 25%
• Manage the change management strategy to improve understanding and adoption of collaborative fundraising opportunities by U.S. affiliate network - 20%
• Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule and project plan to identify affiliate-facing collaborative fundraising overlaps, risks, and dependencies - 20%
• Ensure effective communication among collaborative fundraising initiatives leads to strengthening alignment and understanding; connect the threads across the various bodies of collaborative fundraising work - 20%
• Partner with RD Expertise Hub colleagues to ensure collaborative fundraising efforts are appropriately resourced to meet objectives - 10%
• Develop and execute communication materials, such as email communication, fact sheets, and presentations - 5%

Minimum Requirements

Education
• Bachelor’s degree


Years of Related Experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing and collaborating around fundraising projects for a team and/or federated organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail/organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for and commitment to the Habitat for Humanity mission
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $53,720 to $63,200.

Staff hired on a hybrid basis in the United States near an HFHI office location (Atlanta, Georgia / Washington, DC and Americus, GA), are required to report to the office on Tuesdays.
