DESCRIPTION

As part of the Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications that are used by millions of companies worldwide to manage day-to-day operations, leveraging Amazon’s unique experience and expertise. We accomplish this by accelerating our customers’ businesses through delivery of intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve their enduring challenges. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive key aspects of product definition, design execution, and system level bring-up and verification. You should be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Manager a cross-functional team, working with stakeholders to define priorities and then setting clear direction for your reports
- Lead cross-functional engineering meetings and design reviews
- Dive into and take ownership for critical embedded software, electrical and mechanical design, DFM and DFT deliverables and issues.
- Work closely with partner hardware operations and software development teams
- Assist with recruitment, management, development and maintenance of a world class system design team
