Comfort Keepers is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to enhance our presence in the community, develop key relationships, and drive brand awareness. This role focuses on building partnerships with local organizations, attending networking events, and increasing referrals through strategic outreach efforts.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase Comfort Keepers' visibility and client base.
Attend networking meetings, industry conferences, and community events to represent Comfort Keepers.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and other community partners.
Coordinate and conduct presentations and educational workshops to promote our services.
Identify and cultivate referral sources, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Utilize social media, digital marketing, and printed materials to engage target audiences.
Track outreach activities and analyze their impact on lead generation and business growth.
Associates/ and or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or networking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking.
Knowledge of the home care industry or healthcare sector is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
