Revel Healthcare is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our patient care team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming front desk experience. You’ll handle patient registration, scheduling, calls, and payments while helping maintain HIPAA compliance and supporting clinical staff.
Greet and register patients with professionalism and accuracy
Answer and triage incoming calls in a fast-paced clinical environment
Process patient check-in/check-out and collect payments
Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry into EMR
Handle scanning, printing, faxing, and other front desk tasks as assigned
Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient flow and privacy standards
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
MediClear credential or equivalent HIPAA compliance certification required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a high call volume with professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and EMR platforms
Starting at $17 -25 per hour (based on experience)
