Job Description

We are a recruitment agency looking for a skilled Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiter with strong account management capabilities. This role is responsible for recruiting top sales talent in the medical field as well as qualified healthcare professionals for hospital and healthcare facility clients. As a key player on our team, you will manage client accounts, build trusted relationships, and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Youll play a vital role in addressing the staffing needs of healthcare organizations, contributing directly to their operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process for both medical sales and healthcare roles, from job posting to candidate placement.Account Management & Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on recruitment strategies, market insights, and candidate expectations to align with their hiring objectives.Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry job boards, networks) to source high-quality candidates, with a focus on proactive engagement and talent pipelining.Screening & Selection: Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with both the client organization and the role.Pipeline & Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both sales and healthcare roles to meet clients' immediate and future hiring needs.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends in healthcare, medical sales, compensation standards, and competitor hiring practices to provide clients with informed, strategic insights.Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt follow-ups, and respectful engagement.Compliance: Guarantee compliance with employment laws, agency policies, and healthcare credentialing requirements throughout the recruitment process.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience, or experiences in a sales roleEducation: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRMStrong understanding of healthcare roles, medical sales, and relevant credentialing requirements.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise and manage client expectations.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and recruit in a fast-paced agency setting.Soft Skills: Client-focused, adaptable, proactive, goal-driven, with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
