The Role:
The Motion Graphic Designer is a conceptually strong visual thinker and storyteller inspired by insight and information and has an insatiable desire to understand our business and our clients’ business. They are a collaborative partner to our strategists and creative team members and are excellent visual storytellers. They are working at times independently or in partnership with team designers, scriptwriters, producers, and strategists. They produce work that is fresh, and memorable. Their deliverables are focused on both external and internal client needs.
Ideal candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO area. While our day-to-day work is done remotely, our teams gather in person two or three times each week to collaborate outside of our monitors.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Edit video deliverables including Motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), video reports, animated gifs, and live action edits.
· Support the design of Video Storyboards
· Serve as the shared point of contact for all video deliverables
· Collaborate with and interpret the vision of Creative Director, Producer, and other key members of the team.
· Enhance the mood and feel of a video
· Work quickly and accurately with a strong attention to details
· Stay current on video production trends, and applications.
· Keeps Brado’s video library of content up to date.
· Works with custom assets from power point decks and complements them with additional design and assets suited for video.
· Collaborates with Producer to establish interactive video use throughout client and Brado work.
Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in visual and motion design
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
· Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Audition, Adobe Animate and Media Encoder.
· Proficient in HTML 5 animation and Figma.
· Basic understanding of AI generative video.
