National Sales Representative

Canton, OH

Archer Sign is currently searching for a National Sales Representative to join our team in Canton, Ohio! As a National Sales Representative, you’ll be driving force behind our growth, aggressively pursuing new opportunities and expanding our market reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the electric sign industry or another relationship-based sales industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to effectively navigate complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools and technologies

Our National Sales Representative will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional/national sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions to meet them
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our electric sign offerings
  • Collaborate with closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, project management, and production to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities an competitive advantages
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management revi8ew, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and expand market presence
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and terms of sale in accordance with company policies and guidelines
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues and partners
