Network Engineer (Hybrid) | 1 Day Onsite, 4 Days Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure and high-performance network environments . In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply emerging technologies, and ensure 24/7 network stability and security .

This role requires expertise in network architecture, troubleshooting, and security , with a strong ability to implement scalable and innovative networking solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Network Architecture & Design – Develop high-quality network solutions that align with business and product requirements.
• Implementation & Security – Configure and deploy network components, firewalls, and security policies (Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki).
• Performance & Troubleshooting – Respond to production issues , perform root cause analysis, and ensure smooth 24/7 operations .
• Collaboration & Communication – Work with business, product, and technical teams , providing clear updates on project status and risks.
• Technical Reviews & Innovation – Lead and participate in network design reviews (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Security & Compliance – Partner with security teams to apply security controls and maintain a strong network posture .
• Network Monitoring & Reporting – Assist in reporting overall network health and drive improvements in performance and security.
• Research & Development – Identify new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance innovation and efficiency within the Network Engineering team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (ARP, BGP, OSPF, 802.1w, MPLS, VRRP).
• Experience with Cisco ACI and Juniper NXS networking environments.
• Expertise in configuring and implementing network security tools (Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki).
• Proficiency in layer 4 and 7 load balancing technologies .
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP troubleshooting tools and techniques .
• Demonstrated experience with network monitoring solutions and troubleshooting methods.
• Preferred: Linux and scripting knowledge ( Python, Bash ).
• Certifications (Nice to Have): MCSE, CNE, CISSP, CCNA.
