Job Description

Kennedy Mechanical is currently hiring a full-time, bidding coordinator. Construction Administrator schedule will be Monday-Friday, first shift - this position will be in office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain/Update Bidding Spreadsheet
  • Download and extract bidding documents
  • Work with estimating team to coordinate estimating spreadsheet
  • Proof read proposals, send to General Contractors
  • Print and scan drawings for estimators
  • Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
  • Previous experience in construction a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
