Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic BOffice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a diverse skill set to manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Duties:

- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities

- Coordinate training development programs for staff

- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry

- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding and employee relations

- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings

- Schedule management for appointments, meetings, and conferences

- Experience in medical office management is a plus

- Handle payroll processing efficiently

- Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record management


Requirements

- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with standard office software applications
