Seeking a full-time Operations Administrator with a real estate license to join our growing team in Sugar Land, TX, US. We are in search of an individual who pays close attention to details and has a keen interest in understanding the intricacies of the real estate industry. Strong communication skills and effective time management are crucial, as the role involves juggling various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all elements of events, including marketing activities
• Assist in overseeing daily operations
• Monitor and order office supplies and manage office equipment
• Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and answering phones
• Guide and help with the onboarding of new employees
• Compile and maintain records and reports related to operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks
• Strategic thinking
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service

• High school diploma; Associate’s degree a plus
