BGSF has an opportunity for an entry level Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of experience. The position will help to drive strategies and will utilize strong analytical skills to help improve efficiencies throughout the business.
Must be able to perform the following:
Assist with Strategic Analysis, capital allocations and identify performance issues throughout the company regions.
Assist operations with data and analysis
Communication action plans to senior level leadership and management
Develop and implement specific metrics
Assist with materials for monthly, quarterly and annual operational review meetings
MUST Have
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
3-5 years of related worked experience
Advanced knowledge and use of Excel including Pivot Tables and Power Query/BI
Excellent Financial Analysis and Modeling skills
Can work independently and with team
Excellent communication along with presentation skills
Highly motivated, self starter who can work in a fast paced environment
