We are seekinga motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join our client's team in Raleigh. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who areeager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of master data and smooth order processing.
• Process customer orders and generate invoices upon completion of work.
• Maintain accurate delivery dates within customer orders.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g., vendor, material, customer) under supervision and with business approval.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across all order management processes.
• Support company procedures related to Master Data and the Order-to-cash process.
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to master data and order management as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (previous order management experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with business systems/operations (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus).
• SAP experience and data analytics skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
