Part-Time Server
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality are up to our standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
- Comply with food safety regulations and health codes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar environment preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
