The Opportunity
As part of the Internal Tax team you focus on transfer pricing compliance and planning of complex domestic and cross-border intercompany transactions. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You build client relationships, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigate increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Understanding of transfer pricing basics industry analysis, functional analysis, economic analysis, and transfer pricing method selection
- Practical experience in performing CPM/TNMM benchmarking studies
- Knowledge of conducting tax research across authoritative and non-authoritative sources using a variety of research platforms
- Possessing proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, proactive communication of issues and progress, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, ability to understand, build, and modify Alteryx workflows and review the output
- Experience in transfer pricing analysis of cost sharing arrangements (Treas. Reg. § 1.482-7) and other transactions involving intangibles, including valuation of IP
- Experience in drafting memos/reports on complex tax issues
- Ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
- Ability to work with subject matter specialists to analyze unique or emerging tax issues related to transfer pricing
- Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a liaison across the Firm’s internal functions
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
